On-Site Computer Technician

Minimum Job Requirments: 2 Years Professional Computer/Network Experience, Reliable Transportation.

Full-time on-site computer technician needed for Helping Hand Computers, Inc. to install, upgrade, troubleshoot, and repair hardware, software, and network issues. Job assignments will come from small business and residential customers in and around Pinellas County .

Typical assignments may also involve...
· Network design, installation, and maintenance (wired and wireless)
· One-on-one training
· Data backup and recovery
· System restores / reloading Windows
· Virus and spyware protection
· Computer security / firewalls

In addition to extensive experience with Windows-based PC's, (additional certification is a plus), and be comfortable communicating and selling business services on-site.
